• Current medications, both over-the-counter and prescription (in the bottle).

Urology is a part of health care that deals with diseases of the male and female urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra). It also deals with the male reproductive organs (penis, testes, scrotum, prostate, etc.). Since problems in these body parts can happen to anyone, urologic health is very important.

 

Effingham Urology Associates, S.C., have been providing urological care in Central Illinois since 1973. The physicians at Effingham Urology Associates, S.C., combine experience, compassion, and the latest technology in addressing your urological concerns.

Our phone hours are 8:30am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Calls regarding laboratory tests or x-ray results when done at another facility will not be returned until results are reviewed.

 

Any abnormal results will be reported to you as soon as the physician has reviewed them.  A letter will be sent to you if all test results are normal.

 

Please allow up to two weeks to hear from our office regarding test results.

 

Contact your pharmacy when you need a refill on your medication.  If you contact us directly for a refill on your medication please allow 2-3 days for refills to be approved.

 

If you contact our office and leave a voicemail; it may not be returned for several business days.
